The Staffing Coordinators at E Z Staffing, Inc. answer all calls personally, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients never have to speak to answering machines or services.
Upon receiving a request from a Client Hospital, and with the help of our sophisticated staffing software, our Staffing Coordinators immediately begin placing calls to fill the order. Those nurses who are "On-Call," meaning those who
have told us ahead of time that they are available and wish to work on a particular shift, are called first. If a nurse cannot be found from the "On-Call" pool, we proceed to find a suitable nurse from our list of those currently available.
Once the order has been filled, the Hospital Staffing Coordinator or Supervisor is called and given the name(s) of the nurse(s), therapist(s) or tech(s) available for the requested shift(s). Once confirmed by the Hospital, we then call
the employee(s) back and inform them that they have been confirmed and scheduled by the Hospital and to report for the specified shift.
