Nurses, therapists and techs earn a competitive hourly rate.

Holiday Pay
Receive time and a half pay when you work during approved Holidays.

Overtime
In California and other applicable states, receive overtime pay for working in excess of eight (8) hours in a single day. All hours worked in excess of (12) twelve hours in a single day will be paid at double the regular hourly rate.

For all other states overtime starts after working 40 hours in a single week.

Pay Advances
Receive pay advances/daily pay.

Direct Deposit
We offer direct deposit as a convenience to our employees. Have your paycheck directly deposited into your checking account!

Health & Dental
You have the choice of choosing PPO or HMO carriers. Employees are only eligible for health & dental insurance depending on the amount of hours of work committed each month.

Referral Bonus
Referral bonus is paid under these conditions: Referred nurse, therapist or tech has to meet all hiring qualifications and work 10 full and complete shifts. We will pay anywhere from $50 to $250 for referrals based on the classification of the referred employee.

Completion Bonus
Our Bonus Program pays anywhere from $250 to $1000 after completing 1800 hours of work in one calendar year.

401(K) Plan
Our 401(K) Plan has matching funds up to 15% of your gross earnings.
